Before You Book

Who is this programme actually for?

Founders and business owners doing between €250k and €5M in annual revenue, with a team already in place, who know their business could grow faster but can't quite see where the blockage is. If you're pre-revenue, this isn't the right programme yet.

Do I need a sales team to benefit from this?

No. The four levers apply whether you're the sole seller or you have a team of twenty. If you have a team, we'll also look at what you need to delegate vs. lead. If you don't, we'll focus on how to build repeatable systems so the selling isn't all on you.

What if I don't know which lever is my bottleneck?

That's exactly what Week 1 is for. We'll diagnose it together using your actual numbers — and we'll probably disagree on which lever matters most. Which is the point. Most founders misdiagnose their own business. An outside eye is the first deliverable.

Is this the same as the In-Person Sales Training?

No. The 8D-10X In-Person Sales Training is for your sales team — it's a 1, 3, or 5-day on-site programme that builds their skillset. The 4D-10X Founder Coaching is for you, the founder — working on the strategic levers that determine whether the team has a chance at winning in the first place.

Can I do this online, or does it have to be in person?

Either. Sessions are private and confidential, delivered via Zoom or in-person depending on what works for you. Most clients mix both.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You leave with a written 90-day execution plan and everything you need to run it yourself. Many founders continue into an ongoing strategic partnership after completion — but that's an optional, separate engagement. The 6-week programme is complete in itself.
